Welcoming a New Pastor Country Oaks welcomes a new Pastor as of January 16, 2011. Dr. Paul Joyner has been called to Pastor our mission at Country Oaks. Dr. & Mrs. Joyner live in Blountstown, Florida. He has previously pastored in the Spartanburg County Baptist Association in Spartanburg, North Carolina. He is also a former professor and Christian Counselor. Dr. Joyner currently writes for some of the local newspapers while his wife teaches music and art. We are pleased to welcome them to the West Florida Association.
